The Agentforce Voice team is looking to add a strong Front-End focused Core Engineer to assist with building voice-specific features and functionality into the Agentforce Builder. Agentforce Voice is one of the highest priority projects at Salesforce and AI Cloud with extensive executive visibility and customer interest. The Front-End Engineer will work on the Agentforce Builder environment, a cutting-edge Agent Authoring experience, enabling Salesforce customers to create, test, deploy, and monitor their agents.

With a focus on voice functionality, this role will focus on the voice preview experience, voice and multilingual settings, and integration and design of the foundational voice data models. There is an opportunity to work on all parts of the stack, but primarily in highly complex LWC/Redux layer, supporting Authoring Canvas and Pro-Code view of the editor, as well as the underlying Core services, APIs, and data layer. Qualifications 7+ years UI development lead experience with emphasis on web front-end development Experience with in LWC and Redux Expert HTML, JavaScript, and CSS knowledge BS in Computer Science A demonstrated, genuine AI-first approach to engineering.

Experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Codex, Cursor, etc.) in development workflows Advanced prompt engineering skills and the ability to write precise, structured prompts and cultivate the system context that makes AI outputs reliable, secure, and production-ready. Responsibilities The Front-End Engineer will work on the Agentforce Builder environment, a cutting-edge Agent Authoring experience that enables Salesforce customers to create, test, deploy, and monitor their agents Opportunity to work on all parts of the stack, but primarily in highly complex LWC/Redux layer, supporting Agentforce Voice preview and configuration, as well as the underlying Core services, APIs, and data layer Build key aspects of voice functionality within Agentforce Builder Perform design review, code reviews, participate in team meetings Hold the quality, performance, scalability, security and accessibility bar according to high Salesforce software development standards Contribute to continual improvement of methodologies, best practices, tools and techniques for more effective product usage Master the user of AI tools in UI and Core engineering Work with product management to produce a highly configurable and easy to implement product Build and ship high-quality, production-grade software using modern engineering practices, with AI as a core part of your development workflow by pushing the boundaries of AI development tools to deliver secure, optimized, and high-quality code.

Design and orchestrate complex systems where AI agents integrate seamlessly into human workflows, driving efficiency and innovation at scale. At Salesforce, we believe in equitable compensation practices that reflect the dynamic nature of labor markets across various regions. The typical base salary range for this position is $172,500 - $260,100 annually. In select cities within the San Francisco and New York City metropolitan area, the base salary range for this role is $207,800 - $285,800 annually. The range represents base salary only, and does not include company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity or benefits, as applicable.
