About the Team As the Product Manager on the AML Investigation Platforms team, you will join a mission-critical group within the Second Line of Defense dedicated to protecting our customers and brand.

Our team supports all Lines of Business by building the investigation products used to detect financial crimes. We are executing a multi-year modernization strategy to transition from legacy systems to a unified, cloud-native platform. Our mission is to consolidate complex data into a seamless experience that empowers over 1,600 investigators to resolve high-priority events with speed and accuracy.

In this role, you will lead the evolution of platforms handling over one million annual alerts. Partnering with cross-functional teams, you will leverage advanced modeling and intelligent automation to eliminate manual inefficiencies and streamline data collection across disparate systems. You will ensure our tools meet the highest regulatory standards while reimagining the investigation experience to proactively manage risk and Change Banking for Good.

Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

McLean, VA: $164,800 - $188,100 for Manager, Product Management Richmond, VA: $149,800 - $171,000 for Manager, Product Management Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter. This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
