Summary This position serves as an Emergency Services Dispatcher with the Fire and Emergency Services Division located at the Raven Rock Mountain Complex (RRMC). RRMC is on one of the Nation's premier facilities, providing support to various Department of Defense (DoD) tenants in an all-hazards environment. Duties Help Incumbent typical work assignments may include the following: • Receives and evaluates 911 emergency calls.
- Provides assistance to callers with medical emergencies, using knowledge and skills while activating the response. • Participates in the management of the organization by performing routine administrative and miscellaneous clerical duties. • Utilizes special computer programs within central dispatch.

You may qualify at the GS-06 level, if you fulfill the following qualification requirement: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-05 grade level in the Federal service (experience may have been gained in the private sector) that demonstrates your ability to: • Applying communication and customer service in structured environments; • Prioritizing multiple tasks. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social).
