Role Overview As an Account Executive focused on Mid-Market Non-Profit Clients Your role is to understand their unique needs, align their mission goals with Salesforce’s capabilities, and drive strategic partnerships that amplify their social impact. This is a quota-carrying role that requires both sales acumen and deep empathy for the nonprofit sector — especially the evolving needs of organizations focused on public health, behavioral health, homelessness prevention, child welfare, and other human services programs. The typical base salary range for this position is $77,550 - $133,100 annually There is a different range applicable to specific work locations.

In California and New York, and select cities in the metropolitan areas of Boston, Chicago, Seattle, and Washington DC, the base pay range for this role in those locations is $85,300 - $146,500 per year. The range represents base salary only, and does not include company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity or benefits, as applicable.
