We are seeking detail-oriented Financial Data Analysts to support data validation, quality assurance, and maintenance of financial datasets. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to follow structured processes, and consistency in executing defined workflows. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with large volumes of data while maintaining a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities: Maintain and ensure the accuracy and completeness of assigned financial datasets Review, validate, and update structured data based on established guidelines and procedures Execute process-driven tasks with precision and consistency Perform quality assurance checks to identify discrepancies or data issues Document updates, findings, and exceptions clearly for tracking and audit purposes Collaborate with team members to meet productivity and quality targets • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain high accuracy standards. • Strong aptitude for following specific written instructions and adhering to standardized procedures. • Comfort with repetitive, process-driven tasks while maintaining focus and efficiency.

Basic understanding of financial data, instruments, or markets is preferred. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with data analysis tools. • Strong time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines and production targets.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field is preferred. • Prior experience in financial data operations, analytics, or research is a plus.
