Full Stack Web Developer - Custom Media Operations Join the advanced security operations team at Neural Solutions, winners of the President's Intelligence Advisory Board Killian Award for outstanding mission support. This role offers hands-on experience developing solutions within the state-of-the-art AI/ML landscape. On this small team, you will manage products through their entire lifecycle-from initial ideation to full production-and take full ownership of their success.

Responsibilities: • Built and maintained full stack applications in collaboration with business leaders and AI/ML engineers providing custom media operations. • Partners with AI/ML engineers, senior stakeholders, and business users to thoroughly understand complex operational challenges and translate those needs into robust, technical solutions. • Rapidly prototyped and piloted complex, cutting-edge capabilities to meet customers' ever-evolving needs.

Optimized system usability and workflow efficiency by collaborating with end-users to define and refine ideal user interaction paths that reduce mission operation friction. Required Skills: • Proven ability to take a project from initial concept/scoping through iterative development, rigorous testing, and final deployment. • Highly self-directed, with experience decomposing work into features and actions, with minimal oversight.
