Job Title: Production Support Data Analyst (Tier 1/2) Location: Washington, DC Type: Contract To Hire Responsibilities • Support reporting, data extraction, reconciliation, and analytics • Handle ad-hoc reporting, financial data validation, and performance insights • Perform data extraction, reporting, reconciliation, and data validation tasks • Create dashboards and track performance metrics • Assist with audit data support and data quality improvement initiatives Requirements • Experience with SQL and financial reporting • Strong data analysis skills • Proficiency in Tableau/BI tools • Ability to handle ad-hoc queries and perform data validation • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Relevant experience in production support or data analytics roles • Minimum of 0 years of experience System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
