As a Security SOC Dispatcher, you will be the person spotting threats before they escalate in environments such as a security operations centers, call centers, parking gatehouses, etc.

A comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance plans, a 401(k) retirement savings plan with employer matching contributions, paid time off (PTO) policy, paid holidays, disability coverage, and life insurance options Career growth opportunities at GardaWorld Responsibilities of Surveillance Security Guard Respond to incoming security concerns and track outcomes Monitor a wide network of security alarms and cameras to identify and resolve threats Create comprehensive records of security-related incidents Understand the proper use of security related tools and procedures Implement security and access control procedures At least 3 years of experience with customer service • At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office or Google Suite • 3+ years of experience in the security field • 1+ year of experience with emergency communication operations • Familiarity with news reporting sources, social media channels, as well as other channels for real-time monitoring of current events • We’re a global organization that embraces our cultural diversity and we promote engagement, communication, and sharing ideas across all our teams.
