Description of role: Our established healthcare agency is seeking an experienced and compassionate Caregiver who understands the importance of meeting clients' needs and helping them maintain a high quality of life. We are looking for a committed individual with excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities.

Our Caregivers are known for being cheerful and receptive while providing care, and we seek someone who fits well with our team. Tasks: • Providing basic personal care, assisting with grooming, bathing, dental hygiene, and waste disposal. • Light housekeeping, changing bed linens, laundry, and keeping the house tidy.

Helping with meal preparation and food shopping, especially for special diets. • Running errands and assisting with correspondence. • Providing companionship.
Administering and reminding clients about medications. • Assisting with mobility and transfers, including using assistive devices. • Helping clients attend medical appointments and trips outside the home.
Monitoring medications and updating health charts. • Communicating with families and healthcare professionals about the client's condition. • Documenting and reporting health changes.
Ensuring client safety and well-being. Skills and Requirements: • High school diploma preferred. • Current and valid Physical and TB tests, MMR shot records.
Experience working with the elderly and with patients having chronic or acute conditions. • Strong communication skills and quick problem-solving abilities. Work Schedule: Varies by case; schedule is discussed with the client and caregiver.
