Your responsibilities:

  • Growth Strategy Development: Translate insights into clear growth strategies and recommendations for Korea, partnering with regional and global channel owners who lead campaign execution.
  • Local Platform Execution: Drive performance across key Korean platforms including the Naver and Kakao ecosystems.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with regional channel experts, global marketing teams, Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Creative partners to bring Korea-specific growth initiatives to life.
  • Korea Market Advocacy: Represent the needs of the Korean market in global planning discussions and ensure strategies reflect local platform dynamics and consumer behavior.
  • Market-Specific Initiatives: Identify and support new builds, integrations, and marketing capabilities needed to unlock growth in Korea.
  • Insights and Reporting: Deliver clear reporting and actionable insights to Korea leadership and regional teams to guide decision-making and continuous optimization.

Your Expertise

  • Growth Marketing Experience: 8+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital strategy roles within consumer-focused businesses.
  • Korea Digital Ecosystem Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Korean digital landscape, consumer behaviors, and local platform ecosystems.
  • Platform Experience: Familiarity with the Naver ecosystem, including advertising products such as Powerlink and Brand Search. Understanding of Kakao platforms, including KakaoTalk and related marketing or messaging capabilities.
  • Data and Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret performance data, identify insights, and translate analysis into strategic recommendations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working with global marketing teams, product, engineering, and data partners in highly collaborative environments.
  • MarTech and Innovation: Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, analytics tools, and emerging technologies such as AI-driven marketing tools or localized asset development.

We now show two types of job listings

Same commitment to real jobs. More opportunities for you. Here's how it works.

✓ Verified Employer-Verified Posts

These jobs were posted directly to RJRP by the employer. The company has been verified through our multi-step process. This is our gold standard — the employer is real, the job is real, and you can apply with confidence.

✓ 100% employer verified
🔍 Observed Market-Observed Roles

These roles were detected through employer hiring systems like Workday. They haven't been verified by the employer directly, so we score each one using our Hiring Activity Score — an algorithm that analyzes freshness, specificity, company hiring patterns, and more to estimate whether the role is actively being filled.

📊 Only high-scoring listings are shown

Our promise hasn't changed. We will never show you a listing we can't stand behind. Market-observed roles must pass our scoring threshold before they appear on RJRP. Anything that looks like a ghost job, a talent pipeline, or a dead listing gets filtered out — you'll never see it.
