ABOUT THE TEAM

The Voyager team at Anduril Industries is an engineering and design division with a vast experience in developing innovative computing and communications solutions for the network edge. The team specializes in integrating enterprise networking capabilities from global IT leaders with purpose-built hardware and software platforms designed to meet market demands for the most stringent of environmental requirements.

We are seeking a Customer Success & Logistics Analyst to join our Customer Success team in Dublin. The Customer Success & Logistics Analyst is responsible for managing order delivery execution within Salesforce. This role ensures accurate scheduling, shipment coordination, intercompany visibility, and revenue tracking from an order creation through delivery. The position acts as a liaison between Production, Logistics and Customer Service to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment and data accuracy. This role is ideal for someone with strong ERP experience with a keen interest in data analytics and strong attention detail ensuring speed and accuracy throughout the order fulfilment process.

Key Responsibilities

Order Scheduling & System Management

Follow up with Production to schedule deliveries for new orders in salesforce

Ensure accurate order status and delivery tracking in the system

Maintain data related to shipment dates, quantities, and delivery status

Logistics Coordination

Work closely with our logistics teams in Dublin and Herndon on shipments both intercompany and to customers

Ensure delivery schedules are processed correctly in salesforce and aligned with target dates

Support resolution of shipment discrepancies and highlight delays

Maintain and update assets delivered

Communication and Visibility – Intercompany

Provide clear visibility on delivery status including:

Revenue shipped

Open backlog

Delivery timelines

Attend meetings to proactively communicate regarding progress and risks

Periodic reporting on status and backlog

Act as backup for managing loan equipment inventory and process when required

Coordinate with internal teams and customers on loan equipment availability, returns and tracking.

Ensure and support system updates and documentation related to loans

Required Skills

Strong working knowledge of Salesforce

Strong coordination, collaboration and communication skills

Attention to detail

Familiarity with intercompany process within complex organisations

Experience with reporting and planning tools, such as Power Query, SQL, Excel Pivot, and PowerBI.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in supply chain, business or equivalent.

Strong analytical skills with expertise in mathematical formulas, KPI implementation, and ratio calculations.

Strong understanding of data modeling and relational databases.

Ability to merge, clean, and transform data from multiple systems.
