ABOUT THE ROLE: As a Professional Services Consultant at Notion, you will play a pivotal role in helping customers unlock the full potential of our platform. You’ll collaborate closely with customers, partners and cross functional teams to understand their unique challenges, design tailored solutions, and drive successful implementation and adoption of Notion across their organizations. In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise, consultative approach, and project management skills to guide customers through Notion onboarding, configuration, and custom workflow optimization.

Your ability to translate complex requirements into practical, scalable solutions will be key to driving long-term customer success, adoption, and engagement with Notion. WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE: - Design and implement tailored customer workspaces, optimizing workflows, member management, and best practices - Develop and execute change management strategies, including engagement, communication, and learning plans to drive seamless adoption - Lead end-to-end professional services engagements, from supporting with scoping and discovery right through to execution and delivery - Provide expert guidance on workspace architecture, permissions, security, and scalability - Deliver professional services solutions across the Notion ecosystem, including with our Partners, to align with customer needs and business goals - Manage project execution, maintaining comprehensive documentation, timelines, and key deliverables - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer success, enhance feature adoption, and contribute to product development SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING: - 4+ years of experience in technical consulting, implementation, or a similar customer-facing role - Proven success in delivering customer implementations, ensuring long-term adoption and value realization - Experience with SaaS platforms, including a solid understanding of technical concepts and integrations - Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills, enabling you to design effective and scalable solutions - Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously - Expertise in change management, driving user adoption, and successfully implementing new technologies - Exceptional stakeholder management, with a proven ability to build strong relationships at all levels - Outstanding written and verbal communication, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences - You don’t need to be an AI expert, but you’re curious and willing to adopt AI tools to work smarter and deliver better results NICE TO HAVES: - Experience in workspace design and information architecture - Familiarity with data migration tools and methodologies - Understanding of API integrations and enterprise software ecosystems to support connectivity and automation - Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment - Exposure to project management methodologies and tools We hire talented and passionate people from a variety of backgrounds because we want our global employee base to represent the wide diversity of our customers. Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in San Francisco or New York City, the estimated range for total on target earnings (including base salary and on target incentive pay) for this role is $175,000 - $225,000 per year.
