Job Description

Replit is the agentic software creation platform that enables anyone to build applications using natural language. With millions of users worldwide, Replit is democratizing software development by removing traditional barriers to application creation. As an Education Team Intern, you’ll play a hands-on role in growing Replit’s presence across top university campuses in the United States.

You’ll help design, launch, and scale programs that empower students to build software with Replit — from hackathons and workshops to campus ambassador initiatives and partnership activations. You’ll work closely with the Community Program Lead and cross-functional partners in Marketing, Product, and Partnerships to drive engagement at target schools and turn students into passionate Replit builders and advocates. This internship is ideal for someone who is deeply embedded in the college tech ecosystem, has strong project management instincts, and is excited about the future of AI-powered software creation.

WHAT YOU’LL ACHIEVE - Campus Activation Strategy: Help design and execute a campus activation playbook targeting Top 25 Engineering and Top 25 Business programs (grad and undergrad) across the U.S. Identify the right student orgs, CS clubs, entrepreneurship centers, and innovation labs to partner with. - Campus Leader Program Support: Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and enabling a cohort of Campus Leaders — student ambassadors who run Replit workshops, demo days, and hack sessions at their schools.

  • Event Programming: Plan and coordinate virtual and in-person events (workshops, webinars, build-a-thons) that teach students how to vibe code and ship projects on Replit. Own run-of-show documents, speaker coordination, and post-event follow-ups. - Content & Enablement: Create playbooks, one-pagers, social media toolkits, and presentation templates that Campus Leaders and student partners can use to promote Replit on campus.
  • Community Engagement: Monitor and engage with student communities on Discord, Slack, and social media. Surface feedback, feature requests, and success stories to the internal team. - Metrics & Reporting: Track program KPIs (event attendance, signups, projects shipped, referral conversions) and prepare weekly dashboards to share with the Education team and leadership.

SKILLS YOU’LL NEED TO BRING - Currently enrolled in (or recently graduated from) a Top 25 U.S. Engineering or Business program (undergrad or graduate) - Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content and build relationships across diverse student communities - Experience organizing campus events, hackathons, or student org programming - Self-motivated with excellent project management skills; able to juggle multiple initiatives and deadlines simultaneously - Familiarity with community platforms (Discord, Slack) and productivity tools (Notion, Airtable, Google Workspace) - Comfort working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and partnerships stakeholders - Genuine enthusiasm for developer tools, AI, and the future of software creation NICE TO HAVES - Hands-on experience with Replit (personal projects, coursework, or hackathons) - Experience managing online communities or ambassador/fellowship programs - Familiarity with community health metrics (engagement rates, NPS, activation funnels) - Prior internship experience in tech, edtech, or developer relations - A personal network across multiple target campuses (student orgs, Greek life, entrepreneurship clubs, CS departments) This is a full-time role that can be held from our Foster City, CA office. We now show two types of job listings

Same commitment to real jobs. More opportunities for you. Here's how it works.

✓ Verified Employer-Verified Posts

These jobs were posted directly to RJRP by the employer. The company has been verified through our multi-step process. This is our gold standard — the employer is real, the job is real, and you can apply with confidence.

✓ 100% employer verified
🔍 Observed Market-Observed Roles

These roles were detected through employer hiring systems like Workday. They haven't been verified by the employer directly, so we score each one using our Hiring Activity Score — an algorithm that analyzes freshness, specificity, company hiring patterns, and more to estimate whether the role is actively being filled.

📊 Only high-scoring listings are shown

Our promise hasn't changed. We will never show you a listing we can't stand behind. Market-observed roles must pass our scoring threshold before they appear on RJRP. Anything that looks like a ghost job, a talent pipeline, or a dead listing gets filtered out — you'll never see it.
