Job Description

Job Description We’re looking for a Junior Web Developer Intern ready to jump in and contribute from day one. This is not a shadowing role—you’ll work alongside our Webmaster and marketing team on live enterprise websites, supporting key initiatives that drive business growth. If you're eager to apply your technical skills in a real production environment and build a strong portfolio, this is a unique opportunity to do just that.

What You'll Do: • Collaborate on large-scale website enhancements (UX, performance, scalability) • Develop responsive web components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP • Support backend development tasks within Laravel-based applications • Assist with API integrations and marketing automation workflows • Debug and resolve front-end and back-end issues • Perform cross-browser and cross-device QA testing • Contribute to SEO, site speed, and accessibility improvements • Support website analytics and performance reporting Example Projects • Redesign key product pages to enhance user experience and performance • Improve inquiry/contact forms with smarter workflows and UX enhancements • Support broader website modernization and digital initiatives Qualifications: Qualifications • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in: • Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field • Basic knowledge of: • HTML, CSS, JavaScript • PHP (Laravel a plus) • Familiarity with APIs and web forms/data handling • Interest in SEO and web performance optimization • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn • Ability to work on-site in Dayton, NJ Additional Information Work schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday - 8am-5pm All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
