Summary Handles routine residential installations and repairs while strengthening NEC knowledge and safe work practices. Key Responsibilities • Standard Installations (40%): Outlets, switches, lighting, simple circuits • Troubleshooting (25%): Basic diagnostics and repairs • Compliance (20%): NEC and local code adherence • Team Support (15%): Assist and mentor apprentices Qualifications • Licensed Journeyman • 4–5 years apprenticeship or equivalent Journeyman Level 2 – Skilled Journeyman Position Purpose Builds speed, accuracy, and problem-solving while taking on more complex work and minor project coordination. Summary Independently completes mid-level installations and begins leading small crews.
