About The Team Within ITA, the Hiring Intelligence, Science & Experimentation (HIRISE) team transforms data and insights into action with interactive, personalized products and online assessments that drive Amazon’s hiring of top-tier candidates. Rooted in simplicity, scalability, and sustainability, HIRISE is a central software development service for ITA, striving to build an integrated intelligence hub that serves stakeholders worldwide. Our products enable recruiting partners to make impactful, strategic decisions by fairly evaluating candidates, while also uncovering future trends in hiring data.

Working at the intersection of data insights and advanced candidate evaluation, you will use speed and experimentation to create flexible solutions that adapt to rapid business growth and produce 10x value for our customers. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers comprehensive benefits including health insurance (medical, dental, vision, prescription, Basic Life & AD&D insurance and option for Supplemental life plans, EAP, Mental Health Support, Medical Advice Line, Flexible Spending Accounts, Adoption and Surrogacy Reimbursement coverage), 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
