From job placement through the immigration process, our team supports you step-by-step—so you can focus on delivering excellent patient care while building a stable future in the U.S. Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in accordance with individualized care plans and established clinical protocols Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, feeding, toileting, dressing, and mobility Safely transfer, position, and ambulate patients using appropriate equipment and techniques Monitor patients’ physical and emotional condition and promptly report changes to nursing staff Accurately document patient care, observations, and vital information in electronic or paper medical records Support pediatric patients and their families with compassion, reassurance, and clear communication Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient care environmen
