The pay range per hour is $20.82 - $37.45 Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. As a Sr Merchandise Specialist supporting Dairy/Frozen for in-store and online channels, you'll provide key executional support to both our merchandise buying and planning teams.

You will be integral to new vendor setup and to maintaining item and vendor data across many SKUs. You will proactively communicate on behalf of the department in meetings and via email, acting as the liaison for Import Operations, Transportation, Store Ops and vendors. You will also help coordinate samples and solve problems with our supply chain partners to ensure successful product flow through our network.

About you: • Four-year degree or equivalent work experience • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks • Detail-oriented multitasker • High sense of urgency and takes initiative as a self-starter • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and efficiently Experience in temp-control Food business a plus This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target’s needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member’s core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
