Principal Associate, Video Content Strategist and Producer Capital One Financial Services - Auto is seeking a Principal Associate, Video Content Strategist and Producer for its Auto Navigator product. In this dynamic, fast-paced environment, you will manage video content for publication to Auto Navigator and its associated YouTube channel. A successful Video Content Strategist and Producer will be passionate about consumer-friendly automotive content and the entire video production process.

This role is responsible for the timely delivery of all video content, ensuring it is visually consistent, clear, standardized, and fully optimized and integrated within Capital One brand standards. Key accountabilities include developing the video strategy, optimizing and scheduling the publishing workflow, and driving measurable results. Day-to-Day Responsibilities include: Leading video strategy for vehicle-specific and lifestyle video content to achieve business goals Brainstorming and refining video concepts while tracking performance metrics Developing a robust video content calendar while driving relevant series ideas Reviewing SEO/GEO alignment with internal experts Approving video packages and managing through rigorous internal review Managing production agencies to ensure a high-level, on-brand product within approved budget Traveling to auto shows and varying shoot locations Ideal Candidate/Additional Skills that will help you be successful: Exceptional communicator with excellent writing and editing skills and strong attention to detail A professional understanding of YouTube algorithm and SEO/GEO principles Autonomous project management skills, including managing budgets and timelines Proven ownership mentality Enthusiasm for consumer-friendly automotive video Experience creating multiple video types intended for different audiences and social channels Meticulous attention to detail in visual brand consistency Demonstrated ability to drive results in a cross-functional environment Degree in film, communications, marketing or related field Ability to cut through jargon to ensure complex automotive concepts translate to average car buyers via visual media Passion for automotive and visual media Basic Qualifications: High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification At least 4 years of video production or producing experience as part of a creative staff.

Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors Degree or Military experience 5+ years of proven ability to lead and deliver content programs that drive visibility and engagement and deliver measurable results 5+ years of video producing experience at an automotive company or major creative agency 1+ years agency management experience working on automotive accounts 2+ years of leadership or production management experience At this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position. The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting.

Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked. Plano, TX: $109,900 - $125,400 for Principal Associate, Marketing Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter. This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
