Job Description

As a Senior Search Engine Optimisation Manager at Adobe, you will join a leading digital marketing team in Asia Pacific. This team is dedicated to delivering a flawless experience on adobe.com from search to site. What you’ll do Manage SEO programs to set targets and develop an effective strategy across multiple countries in APAC.

Conduct keyword research, content and competitor analysis to optimize existing content, identify gaps, and drive new traffic opportunities. Drive link building in coordination with SEO targets. Handle regional upkeep and application of Google Search Console.

Perform technical site analysis, site & content compliance audits and assist with launch QA. Plan and launch tests with the paid search manager to optimize user experience in SERP and improve conversion and traffic potential. Collaborate with localization & in-country teams to ensure SEO guidelines are strictly followed.

Monitor SEO analytics dashboards to identify areas for improvement and report on search performance. Build a positive relationship with the global SEO team to align on strategy and gain support. Partner closely with Adobe product owners & agencies to craft or support website content for SEO purposes.

What you need to succeed Bachelor’s degree ideally in Business Administration and/or Marketing Strong customer focus and a passion for SEO with 8+ years of experience, including 5 years across major search engines in the APAC region. An analytical approach to understanding business requirements and translating them into a strong SEO content strategy. Excellent written and interpersonal skills to influence content partners, product managers, and diverse collaborators.

Strong knowledge of SEO techniques, familiarity with Adobe Analytics, Google Search Console, BrightEdge, Ahrefs to extract insights from data. Experience in providing keyword research, forecasts, and performance reports to cross-functional teams around core SEO metrics. Desired skills A hardworking, creative self-starter with a proven ability to successfully resolve complex issues.

Ability to manage multiple initiatives and shift priorities as needed. Proven history of self-direction, creativity, and ability to meet deadlines. Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical audiences.

Understanding of popular APAC search engines such as Naver, Baidu, Daum, or Kakao.
