You don't need years of factory experience to apply—if you are comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and following mechanical plans, we want to talk to you.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a "handyman" or automotive background to transition into a professional, fast-paced production environment where you can build high-quality products from start to finish. How to apply: send your resume to : Jhon.montana@randstadusa.com salary: $18 - $20 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM education: High School Responsibilities Key Responsibilities • Assembly: Build and assemble mechanical components into finished products according to specific production standards. • Blueprint Reading: Accurately interpret and follow blueprints, schematics, and work instructions to ensure precise assembly.

• Tool Utilization: Safely and effectively use a variety of hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments (e.g., torque wrenches, drills, calipers). • Quality Control: Perform functional testing and visual inspections of completed units to ensure they meet quality and safety specifications. • Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized workspace and ensure all tools are in proper working condition.
