Responsibilities • Design and implement Android solutions that align with our Product Strategy and adhere to best engineering practices. • Collaborate with UX/UI designers, Quality Engineers, Product Owners, and Analysts to create user-centric mobile applications. • Engage actively in agile ceremonies, contributing to timely and high-quality deliverables.

Champion the mobile platform within the developer community, sharing insights and gathering feedback. • Commit to ongoing learning in mobile development technologies, including Kotlin and third-party libraries. • Contribute to discussions, incorporate team feedback, and mentor junior team members.
Work with developers across various disciplines to strengthen collaboration. • Lead the delivery of major components and platform needs, partnering with Senior Engineers and Architects. • Promote best practices and enhance processes within and across teams.
Identify and tackle technical challenges proactively, working towards creative solutions. • Review code submissions to ensure compliance with Kotlin idioms and overall code quality. Basic Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree.
At least 3 years of professional software engineering experience. • A minimum of 2 years of experience in developing Android applications. • At least 2 years of experience with Kotlin programming.

Preferred Qualifications • 3+ years of experience in Android application development. • 3+ years of experience working with Kotlin. • At least 1 year of experience with open-source frameworks.

1+ years of experience applying Agile methodologies. McLean, VA: $158,600 - $181,000 for Senior Software Engineer. Candidates located in different areas will be subject to local pay ranges.

Actual salary offered will be reflected in the candidate's offer letter. This role is eligible for performance-based incentives, including cash bonuses and long-term incentives.
