Job Description Job Description Professor Gatsby's Heating & Cooling of Monroe, NJ is searching for a full-time Entry-Level HVAC Tech / Apprentice to assist our Service Technicians / HVAC Technicians in inspecting, testing, cleaning, and completing minor repairs on all types of HVAC equipment while learning the trade.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN ENTRY-LEVEL HVAC TECH / APPRENTICE As an entry-level HVAC Tech / Apprentice, you are eager to learn! Working closely with our skilled Service Technicians, you assist them with the installation of equipment and ductwork, as well as large repairs. You are inquisitive and truly seek to grasp the trade and model the mission and values of Professor Gatsby's Heating & Cooling.

You have a teachable spirit and enjoy receiving direct instruction and training on everything you need to know from customer relations to proper equipment repair and servicing. You are a hard worker who does whatever is asked of you and pays close attention to what you're being taught. As you work, you enjoy interacting with customers and our Service Technicians.

You love that each workday brings a new change of scenery, and you are excited to advance in your career as you continue to increase your skillset during this apprenticeship. QUALIFICATIONS • EPA certification • Physically able to lift 50lbs and comfortable working from heights and/or small crawl spaces • Current driver's license with a clean driving record No experience necessary!
