We've got what you're looking for.Job Description:Parsons is seeking Software Engineer Co-Ops who want to work with a cyber team made up of exceptional individuals. Qualified candidates will be required to participate in an Agile Scrum development life cycle including design, peer review, test support, and documentation of software. Successful candidates must be creative, self-motivated, dedicated, and capable of operating in a quick-reaction development environment to solve complex problems.Required QualificationsMust be majoring or minoring in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Security or related fieldMust have a GPA 3.0 or above (out of 4.0 scale)Experience working in a Linux command line environmentExperience with Python, Java, or C/C++ programmingProof of US citizenshipAbility to obtain and maintain a security clearancePreferred QualificationsStrong ability to grasp new technologies and acquire new skills through independent study, professional training, and interaction with other team membersExperience with PythonSecurity Clearance Requirement:NoneThis position is part of our Federal Solutions team.The Federal Solutions segment delivers resources to our US government customers that ensure the success of missions around the globe.
