Program Overview About The Role Join Peratons' Growth Organization as a Junior Data Analyst - We are delivering a cutting-edge initiative that blends AI-powered analytics with expert human insight to deliver real-time intelligence for our proposal operations team. What You Will Do: As a Junior Data Analyst, you'll support the development and implementation of advanced analytics solutions across mission-critical projects.

Your work will directly contribute to public opinion research, threat mitigation, and strategic insights. Key Responsibilities: • Build predictive models and machine learning algorithms to analyze complex datasets. • Clean, preprocess, and validate data to ensure accuracy and integrity.

• Design interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights. • Support development of Data-as-a-Service (DaaS) APIs for enhanced data accessibility.
• Contribute to narrative analytics and BotNet analysis for public sentiment and threat detection. • Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. • Manage credentialing and maintaining data source integration layers.

Qualifications • A Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field. Or, HS and 4 years of relevant experience. • Demonstrated proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy), R, and SQL.

• Experience with visualization tools: Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn. • Solid understanding of statistical methods and hypothesis testing. • Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and communication skills. • U.S. citizenship required.
• Ability to obtain a final TS/SCI security clearance. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP). • Knowledge of ad-tech analytics and ML-driven audience insights.
• Prior internship or project experience in data analytics. • Demonstrated excellent soft skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. SCA / Union / Intern Rate or Range Details Target Salary Range: $51,000 - $82,000.

This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
