Job Details Description Job Title: Mid-Level QA Analyst Clearance Required: Public Trust – Federal Client requires US Citizenship Work Location: Remote Alpha Omega is seeking a talented Mid-Level Quality Assurance Analyst with a 3-year degree or Associate's degree to join our team. The Quality Assurance Analyst will be responsible for evaluating, recommending, and implementing automated test tools and strategies, as well as designing, implementing, and conducting test and evaluation procedures to ensure system requirements are met. This role involves developing, maintaining, and upgrading automated test scripts and architectures for application products, writing and implementing system test cases, and providing regular progress reports.

The ideal candidate will serve as a subject matter specialist, providing testing expertise for complex software/hardware applications, and will participate in all phases of risk management assessments and software/hardware development. Responsibilities • Evaluate, recommend, and implement automated test tools and strategies. • Design, implement, and conduct test and evaluation procedures to ensure system requirements are met.

• Develop, maintain, and upgrade automated test scripts and architectures for application products. • Write, implement, and report status for system test cases for testing. • Analyze test cases and provide regular progress reports.
• Serve as a subject matter specialist, providing testing know-how for complex software/hardware applications. • Direct and/or participate in all phases of risk management assessments and software/hardware development, emphasizing analysis of user requirements, test design, and test tools selection. Requirements • 3-year degree or Associate's degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance or software testing. • Proficiency in evaluating, recommending, and implementing automated test tools and strategies. • Experience designing, implementing, and conducting test and evaluation procedures.
• Ability to develop, maintain, and upgrade automated test scripts and architectures. • Strong writing skills for documenting and implementing system test cases. • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze test cases and provide progress reports.
• Knowledge of risk management assessments and software/hardware development processes. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Certification in quality assurance or software testing (e.g., ISTQB Certified Tester). • Experience with test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium). • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Experience in analyzing user requirements and selecting appropriate test tools. Salary And Benefit Information The likely salary range for this position is $72,500 - $93,849. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.

There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position and could fall outside of this range.
