POSITION TITLE: Construction Field Production Apprentice INTRO: Kershaw Property Solutions (KPS Finished Basements) is expanding! We’re looking for a motivated, hands-on Field Production Apprentice to join our professional renovation team. POSITION TYPE: Full-time, Hourly (Monday–Friday) DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES: - Assist Site Lead and Project Manager with daily on-site tasks. - Prepare materials, organize tools, and maintain a clean and safe jobsite. - Support framing, drywall, flooring, trim, and finish carpentry activities.

• Follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs). - Track material usage and communicate needs to supervisors. - Represent KPS with professionalism and respect when interacting with clients and subcontractors.
• Demonstrate a commitment to craftsmanship, punctuality, and teamwork. SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS: - 1–2 years of experience in construction, renovation, or carpentry preferred. - Eagerness to learn and grow within a professional production environment.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required. - Basic knowledge of hand and power tools. - Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Positive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to follow direction. - Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on ladders or in confined areas. COMPENSATION: - Competitive hourly pay based on experience ($20–$25/hr typical starting range) - Overtime opportunities.
