Dispatch Associate Position Details: Now Hiring Dispatch Associate - Competitive pay with shift differential Overtime Required based on business needs Role Purpose: Responsible for coordinating the dispatching of drivers and shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of customer orders. You will work closely with the logistics team to optimize routes and improve efficiency. Dispatch Associate Key Accountabilities: • Coordinate and schedule the dispatch of drivers and shipments.

Ensure all shipments are dispatched accurately and on time. • Monitor delivery status and resolve any issues that arise during transit. • Communicate with drivers, customers, and other team members to provide updates and resolve inquiries.
Utilize transportation management systems to track shipments and manage dispatch operations. • Prepare and maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and driver logs. • Assist in the development and implementation of dispatch procedures and policies.
Maintain a clean, neat, orderly, and safe work area. Dispatch Associate Required Education and Experience: • High School Diploma or Equivalent, preferred. • 1 to 2 years of experience in a dispatch or logistics role, preferred.
Experience with transportation management systems (TMS) is highly desired. • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
