Sheet Metal Installer Lead

Job Title: Sheet Metal Installer LeadJob Description We are seeking experienced Sheet Metal Installer Leads with 4-6 years of experience to join our team at a site in Farmville. You will be responsible for reading blueprints, installing materials, and leading projects that range from 6 months to a year in duration. Candidates are expected to bring their own hand tools to the job site.

Responsibilities • Read and interpret blueprints to understand project requirements. • Lead and manage a crew of 2 to 6 team members, based on experience. • Install duct work and related equipment efficiently and accurately.

• Perform layout tasks for duct and equipment placement. • Supervise daily tasks and ensure project timelines are met. • Transport tools, materials, equipment, and supplies to work sites.
• Maintain and clean work areas to ensure safety. Essential Skills • 4-6 years of experience as a Sheet Metal Installer. • Ability to read blueprints and interpret project requirements.
• Proficient in installing duct work and related equipment. • Experience in leading and managing a team. • Proficient with the use of hand tools and tape measure.
• Knowledge of HVAC, duct work, and metal fabrication. Additional Skills & Qualifications • Ability to perform laboring duties related to installation, maintenance, and repair. • Capability to work with hand tools.
• Physical ability to climb, reach above shoulder height, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl frequently. • Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs. Why Work Here?
