Position Overview • This entry-level role focuses on developing and maintaining Python-based applications in a secure environment. The engineer will work under the guidance of senior developers and contribute to software solutions that meet government requirements.

Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain Python scripts and applications to support mission requirements. • Assist in debugging, testing, and documenting software components. • Collaborate with senior engineers and analysts to implement software solutions.

Participate in code reviews and follow secure coding practices. • Support integration and deployment of software in classified environments. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
0-2 years of professional experience in Java or Python software development. More is welcome. • Relevant certifications (e.g., Python Institute, CompTIA Security+) are a plus.
Proficiency in Python or Java programming. • Understanding of software development lifecycle and version control (e.g., Git). • Basic knowledge of secure coding principles and federal IT standards.
