Maintenance Technician – HVAC/EPA Certified We are currently seeking skilled and experienced Maintenance Technicians for upcoming opportunities in the Richmond, VA area. This role is ideal for dependable, hands-on professionals who are ready to start immediately and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Maintenance Technicians will be responsible for completing work orders, turning vacant units, appliance installations, and other assigned maintenance tasks.

Candidates must provide their own basic hand tools and drill. Punctuality, professionalism, and technical skill are essential, as the property manager is seeking technicians who can hit the ground running. Key Responsibilities: • Complete service requests and unit turns in a timely and efficient manner • Plumbing: Repair sinks, showers, and toilets; replace fixtures; unclog drains (including snaking when required) • Electrical: Replace fixtures and switches; follow proper safety protocols; perform basic rewiring when applicable • Carpentry: Patch holes, replace doors and locks, hang cabinetry, and perform light touch-up painting • Appliances: Assist with installation and minor repairs of washers/dryers, stoves, garbage disposals, and other appliances • Maintain professional, courteous communication with residents and provide realistic timelines for repairs • Report missing or needed parts to the Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager as instructed Qualifications: • Previous residential maintenance experience (apartments, hotels, or private homes) • Must provide personal hand tools and drill and bring them to the site daily • Reliable transportation and a strong team-oriented mindset • Ability to handle physical demands of the role HVAC/EPA Certification is required.
