Construction Worker

Entry-Level HVAC Techs/Construction Worker $18-20/hr (Weekly Pay)About the Role We’re seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Entry-Level HVAC Installers. This is a great opportunity for those eager to learn and grow in the construction industry, specifically in residential new-construction HVAC systems. Reliability, a strong work ethic, and comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions are key.

Responsibilities • Load and unload tools and materials at job sites • Measure distances accurately with a tape measure • Safely use hand and power tools • Fabricate or modify parts using shears, hammers, punches, or drills • Apply mastic to ductwork • Install flex duct and register boots in attics • Assist with other tasks as needed Essential Skills • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions • Reliable transportation to job sites daily • Ability to use a tape measure (or willingness to learn quickly) • Strong desire to learn construction skills and HVAC systems Preferred Qualifications • Prior construction experience (not required) • Certifications (preferred, but not required) • Ability to take direction from Project Managers • Team-oriented and professional on site Why Join Us? • Work with a highly reputable HVAC contractor partnered with major builders in Western Pennsylvania • Weekly pay with consistent, year-round work (no seasonal layoffs) • Career growth opportunities with paid certifications and trade schooling • Comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, short/long-term disability, 401(k), PTO, paid holidays Work Environment • Construction site-based role (no office reporting required) • Crew size: 4–6 people • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM (optional Saturdays) • Must provide own work boots and appropriate clothing Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Glenshaw, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
