Entry Level HVAC Installer

We are hiring ENTRY level HVAC Installers with WEEKLY pay! Job Description We are seeking a dedicated to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for learning and working in the construction industry, particularly in HVAC systems for residential new construction.

This position requires reliability, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Responsibilities • Load and unload tools and materials at the construction site. • Measure distances with a tape measure.

• Use hand and power tools effectively. • Fabricate or alter parts at construction sites, using shears, hammers, punches, or drills. • Utilize mastic on ductwork.
• Install Flex Duct/Register Boots in building attics. • Perform other related tasks as required. Essential Skills • Previous outdoor work experience with comfortability working in all weather conditions.
• Reliability and ability to drive directly to job sites each day. • Proficiency in using a tape measure or willingness to learn quickly. • Willingness to learn construction skills and retain knowledge about HVAC systems.

Additional Skills & Qualifications • Any construction experience is preferred, but not required. • Possession of any certifications is preferred, but not required. • Ability to take direction well from Project Manager.

Work Environment The role involves working on a construction site every day, directly reporting to the site without the need to visit an office. You will work within a crew of 4-6 people.

The standard work hours are Monday to Friday, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm, with optional Saturdays. Contractors must provide their own work boots and appropriate clothing, but steel toes are not required. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sewickley, PA.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
