Shop Helper (Apprentice I) Sessa Sheet Metal The Position: We are a Sheet Metal / HVAC fabrication shop specializing in the production of ductwork and related components. We are looking for a motivated Shop Helper to join our team and learn the trade from the ground up. This is an entry-level position ($17-18 per hour to start) with opportunities for advancement through hands-on training and industry apprenticeship programs.

Special vision abilities required by this job include close vision, depth and peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus. Exposure to varying weather conditions, indoor/outdoor environments typical of construction sites, and the possibility of working in confined spaces and at heights. The noise level in the work environment, particularly when in the field, can vary significantly and at times be very loud.
