Customer Outcome Executive - Sports & Entertainment Salesforce is seeking a senior, commercially driven leader to join our UKI Chief Customer Office (CCO) team in a pivotal new role. As a Customer Outcome Executive, y ou will be the 'tip of the spear' for a new proactive success motion, acting as the key orchestrator between the sales vision and post-sale value realisation. Y ou will operate at the intersection of sales and customer success, ensuring that our customers realise measurable value from their Salesforce investments, starting from day one and continuing throughout the lifecycle.

This is a high-impact, quota-carrying role where you will lead a new, proactive customer success motion focused on driving adoption, improving customer health, and unlocking long-term growth.
