The Mission This role sits on the Slack Creative team and partners directly with our Design Director for Brand Systems, Events, and Web — producing programs and projects across all three verticals. While the title is producer, our team plays hybrid roles throughout the course of a project. Some days that looks like strategic program management; other days it's hands-on creative production.

The throughline is ownership: you drive the work from kickoff to delivery, whatever shape that takes. What You’ll Do These responsibilities span all three verticals — web, brand systems, and events. You'll move between strategic planning and tactical execution depending on what the work needs.

Production & Program Management Lead project scoping, timeline development, and resourcing across a high volume of simultaneous projects — from small updates to large-scale productions Define AI forward production strategies and operational frameworks that allow complex work to scale smoothly Oversee detailed production timelines, project workbacks, and cross-team coordination Manage agency partners and creative vendors Anticipate risks, connect silos, socialize changes, and always come with a backup plan Collaboration & Visibility Build strong relationships and trust with partner teams, ensuring collaboration at every stage Drive visibility and clear communication across creative leadership and cross-functional partners Collaborate with the creative team to translate bold ideas into execution, ensuring the vision comes through in every detail Serve as the operational hub across internal stakeholders and external partners from kickoff through delivery AI Implementation & Workflow Design Develop and implement AI-forward project management workflows and tooling across web, brand, and event workstreams Identify repeatable processes and build AI-assisted solutions that reduce manual overhead Build generative workflows for design template production that accelerate output without compromising brand standards What You Should Bring Background in corporate events production, including budget management, and vendor sourcing Experience producing website content across design, engineering, and marketing stakeholders Hands-on experience with brand systems and design template management Demonstrated experience implementing AI tools into production or project management workflows Strategic and creative simultaneously — you hold the vision while managing the details Calm under pressure- you manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment with good judgment A clear, confident communicator who earns trust across teams Why Slack?
