Lead with purpose. Grow without limits. As a Merchandising Lead, you play a key role in shaping how members experience Sam’s Club from day one.

You’ll help lead a team that keeps the club running smoothly - making sure merchandise is available, Club Pickup orders are accurate, and members receive fast, friendly service every time they shop. This role is about setting expectations, supporting associates, and creating consistency in a fast-paced environment. When your area runs well and your team feels supported, members notice - and they keep coming back.

Compensation The hourly wage range for this position is $23.00 to $31.00 .* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
