About the Role Reporting to the Sr.

Manager, this Manager-level PM will be the hands-on lead driving the day-to-day execution of our transition from legacy TSYS to the Modern Core (Orion). They will work at the platform level across Channels, Shared Services, and Servicing Strategy to translate architectural trade-offs into actionable requirements. The role requires a deep understanding of product delivery and technical dependencies.

They will be responsible for: Bridging the gap between the Orion program vision and the technical reality for our 5 platforms and 3 tenants. Managing the product backlog and scoping for specific workstreams to ensure we meet critical 'Day 1' and 'Day 2' milestones. Partnering with Tech Leads and Product Owners to resolve data gaps, finalize solutioning, and ensure operational readiness for our agents and customers.

Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

McLean, VA: $164,800 - $188,100 for Manager, Product Management New York, NY: $179,700 - $205,100 for Manager, Product Management Richmond, VA: $149,800 - $171,000 for Manager, Product Management Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter. This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
