Join Allied Universal as a Dispatch professional in a dynamic commercial real estate location, where you will coordinate security-related communications, monitor activity, and support timely responses across the property. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $25.87 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeSat12:00 AM - 08:00 AMSun12:00 AM - 08:00 AM What You'll Do: • Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

• Monitor communication systems, cameras, alarms, and/or access activity from the dispatch post, and document routine and unusual events in a clear, timely manner. • Receive calls for service, prioritize incidents, and dispatch appropriate personnel to assigned locations across the property in a calm, problem-solving manner. • Maintain detailed logs, incident reports, and shift activity records, and relay relevant updates to site leadership, building management, and/or responding personnel.
• Support regular and random patrol operations by coordinating officer assignments, tracking status checks, and communicating issues related to the business and perimeter. Minimum Requirements: • Supervisory experience is required. • A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred. • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. • CPR and/or First Aid is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
