As a Senior Manager, Product Manager on our Family CX team, you will lead the end-to-end product lifecycle to design collaborative multi-user banking solutions that span generations. You’ll join a passionate, cross-functional team of designers, engineers, and business analysts hyperfocused on redefining how families interact with their money—and each other. Integrated Problem Solving - Identifies and resolves complex problems to deliver outcomes while mitigating product risks, including those related to data quality, data governance, and data pipeline efficiency. Transformational Leadership - Leads and develops cross-functional teams to solve customer problems and drive organizational alignment, championing data-driven decision making and fostering a culture of data literacy. This includes direct management and mentorship of product managers.

Basic Qualifications: At least 5 years of experience working in Product Management At least 2 years of experience leading and managing a team of product managers Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration Preferred Qualifications: Experience translating business and/or data strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products. Deep understanding of data management principles, data governance frameworks, and data lifecycle management. Experience with large-scale data platforms, data warehousing, data lakes, or real-time data streaming technologies.

Proven ability to define and drive multi-year product roadmaps. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked. McLean, VA: $200,700 - $229,100 for Sr.

Mgr, Product Management New York, NY: $219,000 - $249,900 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management Philadelphia, PA: $182,500 - $208,300 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.

This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
