This role will be responsible for defining and driving the industry marketing strategy, focusing on building high-impact programs and campaigns that drive awareness and lead generation within key market segments. Responsibilities Strategic Marketing Leadership Develop and execute integrated marketing plans across key industries to drive brand awareness and pipeline growth. Work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product Marketing, and Digital to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Identify and prioritize target segments and develop tailored value propositions. Program & Campaign Management Design, implement, and manage end-to-end marketing programs, including webinars, events, digital campaigns, and content initiatives. Manage the program budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources for maximum ROI.

Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for optimization. Sales Enablement & Collaboration Partner with the Sales team to develop sales tools, messaging, and collateral that support the sales cycle. Collaborate with the Business Development team to ensure lead follow-up and tracking.

Serve as the primary point of contact for marketing-related inquiries from the Sales organization. Content & Messaging Oversee the creation of industry-specific content, including white papers, case studies, and blog posts. Ensure all marketing communications are consistent with brand guidelines and messaging.

Qualifications 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on industry or program marketing. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive pipeline growth. Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
