We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Recruiting to lead and scale our talent acquisition strategy across priority business areas. This leader will oversee a team of recruiters and sourcers, drive hiring strategy in partnership with senior business leaders, and ensure the delivery of high-quality talent at scale. The role requires a strategic operator who can balance data-driven decision making, stakeholder influence, and operational excellence to meet evolving workforce demands.

Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition Strategy Develop and execute hiring strategies aligned with business priorities and workforce planning. Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to translate headcount plans into effective recruiting strategies. Drive innovative sourcing approaches to attract high-quality, diverse talent across technical and non-technical roles.

Team Leadership & Development Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters and sourcers to achieve hiring goals. Establish performance metrics and ensure consistent delivery against hiring targets. Foster a high-performance, collaborative recruiting culture focused on candidate experience and operational excellence.

Stakeholder Management Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and hiring managers on market insights, hiring trends, and talent strategies. Collaborate with HR, People Partners, and business leaders to support workforce planning and organizational growth. Influence decision-making through data, insights, and recruiting expertise.

Operational Excellence Optimize recruiting processes to improve efficiency, speed, and quality of hires. Leverage recruiting analytics and dashboards to track performance, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement. Manage recruiting capacity planning and resource allocation across teams and programs.

Talent Brand & Candidate Experience Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Partner with employer branding and recruiting marketing teams to strengthen the company's talent brand. Drive initiatives that enhance diversity, equity, and inclusion within the hiring process.

Qualifications 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition , with at least 3–5 years leading recruiting teams . Proven success leading high-volume and strategic hiring initiatives in fast-paced environments. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.

Experience using recruiting analytics and data to drive hiring outcomes. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Experience recruiting for technical and/or product roles in a complex organization is preferred.

Preferred Experience Experience scaling recruiting operations in large global organizations. Strong understanding of workforce planning and internal mobility programs. Experience driving hiring initiatives across multiple business units or geographies.
