Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $17.34 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon11:00 PM - 07:00 AMTue11:00 PM - 07:00 AMWed11:00 PM - 07:00 AMThur11:00 PM - 07:00 AMSun11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do: • Provide customer service to clients and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, coordinating security-related communications, and/or supporting emergency response activities at a financial institution location.

• Monitor phones, radios, alarms, cameras, and/or other communication systems, and relay information to on-site personnel in a calm, problem-solving manner. • Respond to incidents, service requests, and critical situations by documenting details, prioritizing calls for assistance, and dispatching the appropriate personnel. • Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift records to support daily operations and help with follow-up on security-related matters.
• Conduct regular and random patrol support through remote monitoring of the business and perimeter, while helping to deter unauthorized activity and reporting unusual conditions to site personnel. Minimum Requirements: • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
