Job Description
A World-Changing Company Palantir builds the world’s leading software for data-driven decisions and operations. By bringing the right data to the people who need it, our platforms empower our partners to develop lifesaving drugs, forecast supply chain disruptions, locate missing children, and more. Core Responsibilities Provide administrative support to a portfolio of individuals/teams across the business.
Handle sophisticated calendars in a fast-paced environment, and prioritize commitments to enhance time and productivity. Book travel arrangements (domestic and international). Track and process expense reports.
Help plan, support, and complete office events and external gatherings. Work both autonomously and in collaboration with teammates, colleagues, and external contacts. Proactively identify operational inefficiencies and surface strategic recommendations to improve how supported leaders spend their time and energy.
Serve as a key communication liaison — distilling complex information into clear, actionable updates for internal and external stakeholders. What We Value Excellent communication skills and perceptiveness — both written and verbal — with the ability to tailor your style and tone to your audience. Strategic thinking: you understand the "why" behind requests and connect day-to-day logistics to larger organizational goals.
Comfort with ambiguity and rapidly shifting priorities; you remain calm, decisive, and effective when the plan changes. Ability to adjust quickly, anticipate needs, and implement autonomously, with strong attention to detail. Ability to interact with a wide range of teams internally and externally with thoughtfulness and tact.
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and discretion in both internal and external interactions. What We Require Previous administrative or personal support experience is a plus. Preferably in a fast-paced, high-ambiguity environment.
High ability to communicate clearly and professionally in writing and in person, including with senior leadership and external partners. Excellent digital literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.). Experience with scheduling sophisticated international and domestic travel itineraries.
Familiarity with travel booking and expense reporting software.
